Section 29

An employee who is acquitted shall not be dismissed on the charge upon which he is acquitted but nothing in this regulation shall prevent disciplinary action from being taken against the employee on any other grounds arising out of his performance of his duties provided that the said grounds do not raise substantially the same issues as that on which he is acquitted.
