Section 46

(1)
Subject to section 52(4), the management corporation shall elect a management committee which, subject to any restriction imposed or direction given by the management corporation at a general meeting, shall perform the management corporation’s duties and conduct the management corporation’s business on its behalf, and may for that purpose exercise any of the management corporation’s powers.
(2)
The provisions of the Fourth Schedule shall apply to the management corporation and the management committee.
