Section 1
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Syariah Court Civil Procedure
(Federal Territories) Act 1998 and applies only to the Federal
Territories of Kuala Lumpur and Labuan.
(2)
This Act shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong by notification in the Gazette.
