Section 221
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), there shall be payable in respect of all causes, matters and proceedings in Court such fees as may be prescribed.

(2)
The Government or the Majlis shall not be required to pay any Court fees in proceedings by or against the Government or the
Majlis.
(3)
Court fees shall be paid in cash.
(4)
No fees shall be chargeable in respect of proceedings taken at the instance of the Court.
