Non-compliance with any provisions of this Act or any rules made thereunder shall not render any proceedings void unless the

Court shall so order, but the Court may, of its own motion or on the application of any party, set aside any proceedings wholly or in part as irregular, or order such amendments to be made on such terms as it thinks just.
