Section 34
(1)
The appointment of a Peguam Syarie shall be pronounced by the person who appoints, and accepted by the Peguam Syarie so appointed, before the Court or the Registrar.
(2)
Where a Peguam Syarie has accepted his appointment under subsection (1), he shall, before taking any step in the proceedings, file a wakalah in Form MS 5.
