Section 140

A respondent in any appeal may, within seven days from the date of the service of the notice of appeal on him, file in the

Court hearing the appeal and serve on the appellant a notice in

Form MS 31 of his intention to submit at the hearing of the appeal that the decision appealed against should be varied.
