Nothing in this Part shall relieve a water supply authority from compliance with the provisions of the Natural Resources and

Environment Ordinance [Cap. 84 (1958 Ed.)] or any rules, regulations or order made thereunder, in the execution of any waterworks or other activities relating to water resources within a water catchment area.
