Power of State Water Authority to stop abstraction of groundwater

Section 14

The State Water Authority may order any person abstracting groundwater for domestic purpose to stop such abstraction for reason that the groundwater has been contaminated or does not comply with the standard of safe drinking water determined by the health authority.
