Section 75

A certificate for test of leakage shall be issued by the Water Authority and shall be renewed annually. The consumer shall not permit any person to use the swimming bath until such certificate shall have been granted or renewed as the case may be. The charges for granting or renewing a certificate shall be as set out in the First Schedule hereto.
