Section 76

Should the bath become depleted by an amount of 10,000 gallons or more, due to the bath being cleansed or otherwise notice in writing shall be given to the Water Authority at least three days prior to the consumer wishing to re-charge the bath. It shall be at the discretion of the Water Authority to refuse consent for the re-charging of any bath owing to shortage of supply, or if the water from the public mains is required for more important uses.
