Section 79
Except with the written consent of an authorised officer (which consent may stipulate the conditions upon which such a supply may be given), no person shall use water supplied by the Water Authority –
(a)
for operating a water-cooled refrigerating apparatus;
(b)
for operating any apparatus depending while in use upon a supply of continuously running water, not being an apparatus used solely for heating the water;
(c)
for cleaning, regenerating or supplying motive power to any apparatus used for softening water;
(d)
for a fountain or other ornamental device;
(e)
in connection with any surgery, dental surgery or laboratory; or
(f)
for the manufacture of aerated water in a soda fountain or similar device.
