Sale of protected wildlife by licensed hunter

Section 40
(1)
A licensed hunter shall sell protected wildlife hunted or taken by him only to a licensed dealer or licensed taxidermist.
(2)
Any licensed hunter who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
