Section 44
(1)
A licensed dealer, licensed taxidermist and birds’ nest collector shall, at the time of each sale, issue a receipt of sale to the purchaser.
(2)
Any licensed dealer, licensed taxidermist or birds’ nest collector who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
