Officers may hunt wildlife

Section 52
Notwithstanding anything in this Act, an officer acting in good faith in the exercise of his powers under this Act may hunt any wildlife if—
(a)
the wildlife is a danger to human life or property; or
(b)
it is necessary or expedient to prevent undue suffering on the part of the wildlife.
