Section 58
(1)
Where any wildlife or any part or derivative of any wildlife or snare is found in any premises, it shall be presumed that the occupier of the premises is in possession of the wildlife or part or derivative of the wildlife or snare.
(2)
Where there is more than one occupier in the premises, the occupier of the portion in which the wildlife or part or derivative of wildlife or snare is found shall be presumed to be the occupier for the purpose of subsection (1).
