Section 67

Carrying out research or study without permit

Any person who carries out a research or study on any protected wildlife without a permit commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.

Hunting, etc., totally protected wildlife without special permit
