Section 71

Any person who imports, exports or re-exports any totally protected wildlife or any part or derivative of a totally protected wildlife without a special permit commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than thirty thousand ringgit and not more than one hundred thousand ringgit and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years.
