Revocation of appointment and resignation

Section 40
(1)
The Minister may at any time revoke the appointment of any member of the Council appointed under paragraph 37(1)(i)
without assigning any reason for the revocation.
(2)
A member of the Council may at any time resign from his appointment by giving fourteen days notice in writing to the
Minister.
