Conference of Council

Section 46
(1)
The Council shall convene its conference not less than twice a year at such time and place as may be appointed by the
Chairman.
(2)
The quorum for the conference shall not be less than half of the total filled members of the Council.
(3)
Any decision of the Council shall be made by way of consultation.
