Section 47
(1)
Any member of the Council representing a youth society affiliated to the national main body of youth societies at the national level who no longer holds office in his respective society or the society has been cancelled under this Act, shall be deemed to have ceased from being a member of the Council.

Any member of the Council shall be deemed to have ceased from being a member of the Council if he no longer holds office in the main body of youth societies at the national level.
