Section 117
(1)
All lands that before the appointed day were vested in, or reserved under any written law relating to land for the purposes of the Lembaga shall on that day vest in or be deemed to be reserved for the purposes of the Agency.
(2)
All property and assets other than land that before the appointed day were vested in the Lembaga or in any person on behalf of the Lembaga, as the case may be, shall on that day vest in the Agency.
