Section 126
(1)
Notwithstanding sections 115 and 125, the Agency may continue to use the name “Lembaga Akreditasi Negara” for the purpose of maintaining goodwill or for any purpose the Agency deems fit.
(2)
No other person may use the name “Lembaga Akreditasi
Negara” except with the prior written approval of the Agency.
(3)
A person who contravenes subsection (2) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
