118. Existing contracts

All deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and working arrangements subsisting before the appointed day and affecting any of the property transferred under section 117 shall have full force and effect against or in favour of the Agency and shall be enforceable as fully and effectually as if, instead of the Lembaga or any person acting on behalf of the Lembaga, the Agency had been named therein or been a party thereto.
