The persons who on the appointed day are employed as officers and servants of the Lembaga under the repealed Act shall continue to be officers and servants of the Agency under this Act as if those persons had been appointed under section 22
Agency
“Agency” means the Malaysian Qualifications Agency established under section 4;
of this Act on the same terms and conditions for a term expiring on the day on which their appointments under the repealed Act would expire.
