Continuance of pending applications, etc.

Section 123
(1)
All applications, approvals or decisions, on appeal or otherwise, pending before the Lembaga under the repealed Act shall on the appointed day be dealt with by the Agency under this Act.
(2)
All applications, approvals or decisions, on appeal or otherwise, pending before the Minister under the repealed Act shall on the appointed day be dealt with by the Minister under this Act.
(3)
All instruments, certificates or documents lodged with the
Lembaga under the repealed Act before the appointed day shall on the appointed day be lodged with the Agency.
