Section 41

Every co-operative society shall give to the Commission reasonable written notice of all general meetings which it is to hold and shall furnish to the Commission information relating to the date, time, place and the agenda of such meetings; and the Commission or any person authorized by general or special order in writing by the

Commission shall have the right to attend any such meeting and to give advice on any matter under discussion, but the Commission or such authorized person shall have no right to vote at such meeting.
