If an officer of a co-operative society is convicted of a registrable offence or an offence under this Act and the conviction is not set aside at the conclusion of all proceedings, including any appeal, such officer shall be deemed to have vacated his office from the date he is first

charged for the offence and he shall be debarred from being appointed as an officer of any co-operative society.
