(2)
A managed care organization who refuses or fails to furnish the information required under subsection (1) or furnishes false or misleading information commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.

(3)
Where an offence under subsection (2) is committed, the person responsible for the managed care organization shall also be guilty of the offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding thirty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to both.
