Section 51
(1)
The Director General shall keep and maintain a register of managed care organizations which enter into any contract or have any arrangement with any licensee and such register may contain such particulars as may be determined by the Director
General.
(2)
The register under subsection (1) shall be deemed to be a public document within the meaning of the Evidence Act 1950
and shall be open for public inspection and the public may make a search on and obtain extracts from the register upon payment of a prescribed fee.
