Inspection of Register

Section 7
(1)
The Register shall be made available for public inspection subject to the conditions as prescribed upon application in the form as determined by the Registrar together with payment of the prescribed fee.
(2)
Subject to the conditions in subsection (1), certified copies or extracts of any entry in the Register sealed with the seal of the Registrar shall be given to any person upon application in the form as determined by the Registrar together with payment of the prescribed fee.
