Section 9
(1)
An application for registration of a geographical indication under subsection 8(1) may only be sought in respect of any goods falling within one or more of the categories of goods as set out in the guidelines or practice directions under section 95.
(2)
The Registrar shall determine whether or not any goods fall within a category of goods as set out in the guidelines or practice directions under section 95.
