(1)
No film shall be exhibited unless it has been Exhibition authorized for exhibition and bears a valid mark affixed ith under section 9 (2) and, where the film has been classified authority under section 9A, unless it bears the appropriate mark pre-Iorbidden.

A film shall be deemed to be exhibited when it is projected otherwise than during and for the purposes of production or for the purposes of a censorship in the pre-Sence of eight or more persons, including the operaor.
