Section 15

(1)

Any person who exhibits or displays or causes to be exhibited or displayed any film or part of a film or any picture, photograph, poster or figure advertising any film-

(a)

which has not been marked under section 9 (2) or

which has been altered or tampered with in any way since the mark was affixed thereto; or

(c)

the mark on which has ceased to be valid under section 13 or 14, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars for every such offence.
