Interdiction
of Films (Censorship) Act 1952
The /mark affixed under section 9 (2)/shall ceas of autho rized films to be valid on notice, to, that elfect being given by the Board to the person who has submitted the film/to be marked or to any person in pOSsession of the film: provided that if any such person cannot be found, notice may be given by publication in the Gazetje.

Any person who fails to comply with subsection (2)
shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.
