Section 9A
(1)
The Board may, when authorizing the exhibition ot tion of films. any film under section 9 (2), classify the film in such manner as it may think fit and the Minister may approve classifica tions under which films may be classified under this subsection.
(2)
Where any film is classified under subsection ()
Board shall affix such mark as the Minister may direct to D afixed to films of that classification.
.3) Any person who exhibits or causes to be exhibited an ilm classified under subsection (1)Xwithout the mark am da lhur thereto under subsection (2) shall be guilty of an offence one 1in and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding thousand dollars.
