Section 7

All films deposited in or delivered at any warehouse Lia apprevedunder seetion 5(9-or-6-(2}shall be stored therein for damage at the risk and expense of the owner, and neither the Board films.

nor the Government shall be liable for any loss of, or damage to, those films other than for loss or damage caused by some wilful act on the part of the Board, any member thereof, or its stafi.
