Section 5
(1)
The owner of any film produced in Malaysia sna factured in Malaysia be deposited.
Within fourteen days after the completion of the productio deposit the film in a warehouse approved for the puip by the Board.

Any person who omits to deposit the film shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding éné thousand dollars.
