Section 47

(1)
The State Fisheries Officer or any authorized person shall have the power to investigate the commission of any offence under this Ordinance.
(2)
Every person required by the State Fisheries Officer or any authorized person to give information or produce any document or

other article relating to the commission of such offence which is in the person’s power to give or produce shall be legally bound to give the information or to produce the document or other article, as the case may be.
