(2)

Notwithstanding subsection (1), the security to be furnished thereunder shall not be less than the aggregate value of the vessel (including its equipment, furniture, appurtenances, stores, cargo and fishing appliance), vehicle, fish, article or thing which has been seized.

(3)

Any person who—

(a)

fails to surrender on demand to the State Fisheries

Officer the vessel, vehicle, fish, article or thing temporarily returned to him under subsection (1); or

(b)

fails to comply with or contravenes any of the terms or conditions imposed under subsection (1), shall be guilty of an offence.
