Section 16
(1)
The Director General or an assigned solicitor may provide legal advice services in relation to any legal matter specified in the First Schedule.
(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Director General or an assigned solicitor may provide legal advice services in relation to the manner of application and determination of eligibility to obtain any legal aid services under this Part or public defence services under Part IV.
