Manner of giving legal advice

Section 18
(1)
The Director General or an assigned solicitor may, after an approval is granted under section 17, give legal advice to an aided person orally, through electronic service or remote communication technology, or through any other manner as prescribed by the Minister.
(2)
In giving advice under subsection (1), the Director General may also conduct any investigation on the aided person’s means and condition.
