Application for legal companion services

Section 38
(1)
An application by a person who wishes to obtain legal companion services shall be made to the Director General in such manner as may be determined by the Director General.
(2)
The application by a child shall be made through the parents or guardian of the child.
(3)
An application under subsections (1) and (2) shall be accompanied by such information, particulars or documents as may be determined by the Director General.
