Section 64A

An Authority may make grants of money, donations or gifts in kind to any institution,

Government department, Statutory Authority or body corporate which undertakes or conducts research in any field directly connected with the functions of the Authority:

Provided that no grants of money, donations or gifts in kind shall be made without the written approval of the Minister.
