Section 65
(1)
An Authority shall cause proper books of account to be kept and true and regular records to be made therein of all transaction of the Authority and shall as soon as possible after the close of each financial year forward to the Minister a statement of account in such form as the Minister may require and signed by the Chairman and certified by the auditor or auditors to be correct subject where necessary to an audit report.
(2)
The Minister shall cause such statement of accounts to be published in the
Gazette or in such manner as he shall direct.
