Section 19

Section 19

⎯(1)

The President or, in his absence, the Deputy President, shall preside as Chairman at all meetings of the Majlis.

(2)

If the President and the Deputy President are absent from a meeting, the members present shall elect from among their number a person to preside as Chairman for that meeting.
