Section 27

The Secretary may certify a copy of any resolution of the

Majlis to be a true copy of such a resolution and such resolution shall, until the contrary is proved, be sufficient evidence thereof, and all courts shall take judicial notice of the resolution without proof of the signature of the Secretary.
