⎯(1)
The Secretary shall keep the minutes of all meetings of the Majlis.
(2)
At every meeting the minutes of the previous meeting shall be read and confirmed, subject to any amendment which may be required.
(3)
The minutes shall be entered in the minute book of the
Majlis and shall contain a full verbatim record of every resolution of the Majlis.
(4)
As soon as possible after every meeting of the Majlis, a copy of the confirmed minutes shall be sent to the Yang di-Pertua
Negeri, and if on confirmation of the draft minutes the minutes are amended, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri shall forthwith be informed of the amendments made.
