Transfer of mining lease or certificate

Section 49

—

(1)

A mining lease or certificate may, subject to the approval of the Minister, be transferable.

(2)

An application for the transfer of a mining lease or certificate shall be made to the Minister through the Secretary or in such other manner as may be prescribed by the Authority.
