Section 56
The holder of mining lease or certificate shall, within fourteen days before the commencement of any development work on the land which is the subject of the mining lease or certificate, submit a written notice as may be prescribed of such commencement and the date thereof to the Director, the Superintendent and the Chief
Inspector.
